How do you trade the End of Day Moves?
Often after a day of big moves there is a short 3-5 point move just before the close. OUr system signals catch these moves right as the market retraces. See this 2000 tick chart for the signal. The market had been all over the place today with a high of 1872 and a low of 1844. From 1:30 PM the market had regained all of its previous losses and reached 1867.
At 3:30PM EDT it retraced to the 49 EMA just before th3e close then rebounded to 1865.5 One of our signals is always a bounce from the 49 EMA. You will also notice the Ergodic changes color and the final retracement went all the way back to 0.707.
